Read More She assisted me with my escrow problem and was more than professional in helping me achieve my goal. Brandy is a gem and an employee that certainly is worthy of praise and appreciation. In my eyes she makes Mr. Cooper a lender above all others. In today's world it is hard to get someone to listen to you much less achieve success in granting a solution to what has been an ongoing problem for me. I am grateful for the speedy help and conclusion to my request. Not to keep repeating myself, but, Brandy should be singled out for her efforts and assistance in handling problem requests with accuracy and speed. I've expressed the total joy and satisfaction that we received from this refinance of our home. We wanted to share Read More with you the outstanding/professional job Joanna did in processing our loan. She took the time to listen to all of my questions and often confused ones. If we didn't understand something, I could e-mail or call Joanna and she would respond quickly with the answer. I had started my search for a company, bank etc. to help with our refinancing, none made us feel comfortable with our concerns. Then I decided to try Mr. Cooper our current mortgage co. We are so very happy we stayed with Mr. Cooper. Everything Joanna told us she kept her word, if something changed she told us upfront. Because of Joanna's professional, courtesy and effort in explaining what we needed to do, and how your tracking web center works made it all exceptionally easy. As a result my wife and I believe Mr. Cooper have a dedicated and valuable asset in Joanna. Oh, last but not least the time it took to process our loan, unbeatable by anybody. Read Less

While this starts out troublesome, it ends well. I have been very frustrated with Mr. Cooper as a mortgage company. Read More Having purchased my mortgage from another lender a few years back, “escrow” has been taken from extra checks that were written and marked exclusively for additional principle payments every time I made them. (Three plus times!) About three weeks ago, I was ready to “bite my leg off” and pay additional money just to refinance with someone else. However, I had the opportunity to speak with Andre. He listened carefully to my concerns and set up a three-way conversation with the escrow department. I am now in the process of eliminating the escrow portion of my mortgage and I won’t have to refinance at all. This gentleman presented all of the options to me and honestly and sincerely explained which of them was in my best interest. Thanks to Andre, I will not have to refinance. I will be able to stay working with Mr. Cooper and pay off my mortgage in a timely and more affordable fashion. It’s nice to know that there are people with Mr. Cooper who can genuinely have your “best interests at heart." Read Less

My husband and I recently refinanced our mortgage with Mr. Cooper. The original loan was with Nationstar before the company Read More made the change to Mr. Cooper. I received a survey regarding the refinance experience, however, I don’t feel that it allowed me to express our sincere appreciation about the service we received from Quyen and Angi. Quyen went above and beyond any experience we have ever had when dealing with mortgage companies. He was able to offer us an option that we had no idea was even available. In fact, no one at any other mortgage company had ever even considered the option of a VA loan. Angi called to introduce herself and kept us informed every step of the way. She was very professional. By the end of the process, it almost seemed as if I had made a new friend because I found we are a lot alike. That was the icing on the cake! I don’t know very much about your company but I believe the mission starts with the employees who deal with the customers in the daily operations. I will say that Quyen and Angi are top notch employees and they are a great part of your team! Thank you again for everything! Read Less

I am not a person who usually takes time to commend good customer service as I feel it should be Read More expected. However, I have to call out two VERY exceptional employees of yours. Valencia and Jason. I just refinanced, first time ever, and they assured me it was in my best interest and made the process SEAMLESS!!!!. The communication was prompt and the details were impeccable.I do hope that you take the time to commend these two employees on a job well done! Like I stated I always feel it should be expected to be polite and prompt and treat people with respect but this was above and beyond any and all of my expectations. Tucker was so helpful in explaining all of my options and helping me understand the terminology, as well as weighing out the cost and benefit of all of my options.
