We reached out to Mr. Cooper and Jae, senior account manager/mortgage professional contacted us with loan options. Jae was very professional, explaining the loan options, answering all our questions and helping us settle on a loan package. After initial information was gathered, we were contacted by Nicholas a dedicated loan processor/closing coordinator. From there I could call back or email. Every phone call was a very calm and charming person on the other end who was very well trained in her communication style. I am responsible for reviewing our customer surveys and calling back the end user regarding a poor experience. So I understand the various thought processes customers have in regards to answering surveys and providing positive feedback.
