Within seven days of your official transfer date you can register to get access to your account online. To register, you can use your new Mr. Cooper loan number or the loan number you had with your previous servicer.
Whether you prefer to make payments by mail, phone, online, or automatically recurring, we’ve got you covered.
(Please note we’re not set up for carrier pigeons yet, and we don’t have one of those cool pneumatic message-sending tubes from the 1930s anymore.)

If you were paying your previous servicer with a recurring electronic payment, you can easily transfer it to us. Here’s how:
If you were paying with your bank’s “Bill Pay” service every month, you just need to change the payee information to ours. Here’s the name and address:

If you were using your servicer’s automatic draft option, the letter they sent you about your transfer should inform you if they took care of transferring your automatic draft to us. If the letter doesn’t have that information, it’s probably best to give them a call to confirm what’s going on.
If they did take care of transferring the automatic draft, your first payment may be delayed by up to ten days but there won’t be any late fee or credit impact. After that, payments will be credited on the regular date.
If they didn’t, no worries. It’s quick and easy to enroll in AutoPay here.
You’ll receive your first Mr. Cooper statement within thirty days of your transfer date.
If you want to see it sooner, register your online account now to view your most up-to-date loan info and get easy access to your statement as soon as it is available.
If you had an escrow account with your previous servicer, it was transferred to us along with your loan. We’ve got it under control and your escrow payments will continue uninterrupted.

To view and manage your escrow account, simply click “Escrow” on the left after logging in.

You’ll need to notify your insurance company that your loan was transferred to Mr. Cooper, and that they’ll be getting payments from us now. Just give them your new loan number and tell them to change the mortgagee clause (they’ll know what you mean) on your account to:

What that complicated address does is tell your insurance company to start expecting escrow payments to be made from your Mr. Cooper escrow account.
If you had optional insurance products (say, life insurance or disability coverage) through your previous servicer, they may not transfer and could be cancelled. We suggest contacting your insurance provider and arranging to pay them directly for these policies.
