This is not a traditional mortgage transfer since it is a result of a merger of two mortgage servicers. Your loan number, payment address and all of your loan terms are staying the same. You’ll continue to be supported by the same people you know and trust and you can expect to enjoy all the tools, features and service that both companies have to offer.
Yes! Soon, you’ll receive more information from us regarding changes to your online account, but for now, you can continue to manage your mortgage account at mrcooper.com.

If you have an escrow account for payment of your taxes and/or insurance payments, we will continue to pay them as always.
Nothing about your escrow account is changing. In the future, the timing of your annual escrow analysis may change but we’ll keep you informed on any updates.
While we will contact your insurance company, it is best that you also ask them to update your loan servicer to Rocket Mortgage, LLC, its successors and/or assigns, PO BOX 7729, Springfield, OH 45501-7729. This helps ensure we receive updates and renewals timely.
You should have received your 2025 year-end Form 1098 by the end of January with your billing statement or separately. You’ll also be able to download it from the Statements section of your online account.
Yes, you may notice the name on your bank statements change to Rocket Mortgage.
Yes, while your loan number and the payment address is not changing, please update the payee in your online bill pay to Rocket Mortgage. Please rest assured that if your payment was sent to Mr. Cooper or Mr. Cooper powered by Rocket Mortgage, we will still process the payment without delay.
Begin making your check payable to Rocket Mortgage and send to PO Box 650783, Dallas, TX 75265. Rest assured if you made your check payable to Mr. Cooper or Mr. Cooper powered by Rocket Mortgage, we will still process the payment without delay.
We will continue reporting timely and accurately to the credit bureaus. In the future, the name of your mortgage tradeline may appear as Rocket Mortgage but this should not impact your credit rating.
