Nolan Mueller teaches art at a charter school in the Dallas area. Before teaching little kids, he went to the University of North Texas for Drawing/Painting and Ceramics. Afterwards, he started substitute teaching during the day and teaching adult painting classes at night. When the opportunity to teach art full time came along, he was happy to take it and has loved every day of it. His body of work varies greatly, but behind everything he does, he tries to find something in his subject that connects the material world to the soul. He wants to express the sentiment and nostalgia everyday objects have projected upon them by us through our experiences.
