I just finished my 2nd or 3rd refi in the last couple of years. I’ve lost count because the process was quite easy. Mr. Cooper has been our mortgage company for many years however I shied away from doing a refi – only because I thought it would be such a hassle. For this last experience, Scott was fabulous. I worked with him before (as well as with other staff who have been just as exceptional). Scott not only walked me through the process, he took the time to explain things in terms that I would understand (because any kind of home buying or refi is a HUGE decision for me). He was always on top of my progress and process – either calling or emailing me with the status. He seems to handle each client’s loan processing as if it were his own. Then, Caroline was good to work with. My time with her was much more limited since she handled the closing paperwork but I was still quite pleased with her attention to detail at the end. Thank you to both Scott and Caroline for the great service and for representing Mr. Cooper with such high standards.
