I wanted to take just a moment to share with you my experience in my recent refinance with Mr. Cooper. I went into this process with much hesitation having been treated badly in a couple of past refinance experiences. From the very beginning, your staff put me at ease. I truly felt like they had the best interest of my family at heart and that they did not want to do something that would not be of benefit to us. As far as customer service, both Deana and Dan spoke to me with intelligence and displayed confidence in what they do. They showed me the utmost respect as a consumer and customer. I loved the fact that I had direct access to both of them as I continued through the process and that I was not passed around to other customer service representatives. They did everything they promised they would do and did it in a very timely manner! I also wanted to give praise to your customer portal, it made uploading documents easy and quick and we never had to wonder where we were in the process. Overall, I just want you to know that I am excited that I chose to continue being a Mr. Cooper customer and I look forward to future experiences.
