I wanted to take the time to recognize James and Frank with Mr. Cooper. They were urgent, diligent, friendly, and honestly amazing to work with. I perform with a high sense of urgency and I felt like they matched that level of energy. They made this an enjoyable process and the icing on the cake is that we are now saving money every month because of our refi. I cannot say enough good things about these two. We are customers for life because of them!
