I wanted to let you know how happy I was with the service Patti provided on my loan refinance. The communication was excellent. If I missed a call I would get an email. From there I could call back or email. Every phone call was a very calm and charming person on the other end who was very well trained in her communication style. I really could not imagine a more smooth transaction with all the facts and next steps clearly identified. I am responsible for reviewing our customer surveys and calling back the end user regarding a poor experience. So I understand the various thought processes customers have in regards to answering surveys and providing positive feedback. In this case I wanted to make sure it was crystal clear that this was one of the best interactions I have had. One of the smoothest transactions I can imagine. I know this was not a survey. I have never answered a customer service survey whether it was positive or negative. But due to my experience I felt compelled to let you know.
